There are very less people talk about after sales service of the smartphones. No one is curious to know about service center of the smartphone brand your are going to purchase.
But you regret yourself when you find yourself in trouble when you visit to your smartphone service center to repair your smartphone.
Most smartphone brands behave differently when smartphone is under warranty and out of warranty. So we decided to visit all top smartphone brands service centers one by one.
We have tried our best to make this review and this post is not sponsored with any brand. It took more than one month to collect sufficient data to write this post.
To do this task we broke working smartphones screen and then we visited to the respective smartphone service centers to get repair them.
We have tested top 7 smartphone brand service centers including OnePlus, Samsung, Realme, Vivo, Oppo, iPhone and Xiaomi. And our all smartphones were under Warranty.
Most of the service centers are open up to 7 o clock except vivo
OnePlus service center review
We took OnePlus 8 to test there after sales services in their authorized service center. They actual cost of OnePlus 8 was 45K and the charged us 13,974 to replace the broken screen with new one.
Our smartphone screen was not broken and the smartphone was working normal. We asked service center employee to replace the screen and they suggested us not to change the screen and said screen is working properly. They guided us the right way and did not try to make false money.
But after that we intentionally broke the mobile screen and visited again and asked them to change the screen they agreed to change the screen.
They took 2 days to repair it and it was really fast and they performed the work properly. In some exclusive service centers OnePlus offers hand to hand repair services but not in all service centers.
And I must say that overall experience was very good but the repair cost was very high.
Samsung service center review
We took Galaxy A52 to test there after sales services in their authorized service center. They actual cost of Galaxy A52 was 27K and the charged us 6,496 to replace the broken screen with new one.
The best thing about samsung is that you need not to wait for long time for your turn. First you will get a token and then you will reach to the technician to get repair your smartphone.
I must say that the Samsung service is fast at the service center. But the spare part was not available at thee moment so they didn’t even summitted the smartphone and asked us to revisit the service center to deposit the smartphone when the spare part is available.
And the same thing exactly happened, they made a call when the spare part was available on the next day.
It took total 3 days to repair samsung smartphone and also we had to visit the service center 3 times.
Samsung service center are very good and satisfied with the samsung service center.
Realme service center review
We took Realme X7 to test there after sales services in their authorized service center. They actual cost of Realme X7 was 20K and the charged us 5,305 to replace the broken screen with new one.
Spare part was not available at first service center and they also told us that it will take much time to arrange the spare parts at this service center so you should visit the other service center.
We visited the other realme service center in Karol Bagh and surprisingly Realme took 15 days to repair the smartphone and they made a dent on the smartphone.
They also created the gap between rear panel and the battery so some sound is coming when hitting it.
Service was not good so realme need to upgrade the service centers.
Apple service center review
We took Apple 11 to test there after sales services in their authorized service center. They actual cost of Apple 11 was 49,999 and the charged us 14K to replace the broken screen with new one.
Price is high as this is just a IPS LCD display. Apple took 7 days to repair the iPhone 11 screen as they told that there main service center is in the Bangalore and they send all iPhones there by currier and receive after repair to the native service center.
Now its working fine and don’t have any issue. You also need to take appointment on the apple app prior to your visit and only then you can visit the Apple service center.
We also had iPhone 10s with faulty mic and this is out of warranty. We also tried to repair our iPhone 10s there and they asked to repair mic at the cost of 52k.
But in this case they said they will replace the faulty iPhone 10s with a brand new iPhone 10s. But overall 52k for a mic is never worthy.
Apple products are extremely costly in India and after sale services for out of warranty products is also drastically high.
Xiaomi service center review
Xiaomi smartphones are the first choice of middle class people in India so it is the most smartphone selling brand in India in 2022 also.
We took Redmi note 9 Pro Max to test there after sales services in their authorized service center. They actual cost of Redmi note 9 Pro Max was 16,999 and the charged us 4,776 to replace the broken screen with new one.
Spare part was available at the service center and it took only one day to repair the smartphone. We received call at the evening to collect the smartphone after repair. Service is very good and service center is also very good. Spare part cost is also good.
Vivo service center review
We took Vivo V20 to test there after sales services in their authorized service center. They actual cost of Vivo V20 was 20K and the charged us 5,295 to replace the broken screen with new one.
Vivo service center was one of the best service center in our test. There was no crowd at the service center. They also said namaste. This is also a sign of good service. Spare parts pricing is also very good.
The main thing that we noticed was they repaired the smartphone within 2 hours. No other smartphone brand except Vivo had done this. So this is really appriciated and we found Vivo service center has the extremely fast service.
The only negative point we noticed was that Vivo service center only opens up to 2PM.
Oppo service center review
We took Oppo F17 Pro to test there after sales services in their authorized service center. They actual cost of Oppo F17 Pro was 20K and the didn’t ask us to charge the spare parts price.
They submitted our smartphone even when the screen was not broken. They agreed to replace the screen but didn’t replace the screen for 30 days.
And finally we had to visit the service center and found that they have not changed the display and phone was kept untouched.
But Oppo service center employees were not agreed to accept the spare parts price and they were saying that the product is under warranty and they will replace it free of cost.
Best smartphone brand in after sales services
We have performed this test in New Delhi in India in 2022. We selected top 07 smartphone brands from Indian market. We have already explained everything we noticed at all the service centers.

And in our opinion we must say that the Vivo is the winner of this test as the service was very fast, spare parts were available, they did the job perfectly and the spare parts price was also reasonable.
