I have given my Samsung A52 for screen replacement & it has memory card in it.
when I got my phone memory card was not there in the phone & when we had asked they lied to us & disagreed.
Its really disappointing that they have lied to customer & now we don’t have trust on Samsung Team. I’m disappointed not because of losing my memory card if they need it I was ready to give it but It has my family photos & video which was more precious than memory card.
I lost all my old photos, I’m really disappointed with Samsung service center & will never ever buy any Samsung product It has very bad experience.
