Dear Customer Support Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue I am experiencing with my Samsung S23 Ultra (Customer ID: 3744800016, IMEI: 353835884783038, Product Serial Number: RZCX926H9ZY).
I purchased the phone in September 2024. The service centre initially suggested it might be a software issue, so I performed a full factory data reset twice; however, the issue persists. On contacting them again, I was told the only solution is to replace the screen again, and that this would be chargeable since the warranty is only for 3 months.
My phone is in pristine condition with no physical or water damage. It is concerning that I am facing technical issues within just 9 months of a screen replacement. I believe, as a customer, I am entitled to reliable service and support, especially when the problem is clearly not due to any negligence on my part.
I request you to urgently review my case and provide a resolution, preferably a complimentary screen replacement or an alternative solution, as it is unreasonable to expect a customer to bear such costs within a short period. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to escalate it further.
