Service in one word ‘liars”. The display of F41 was not working. Gave for repair. Since the spare was not available in the centre, they asked me take my mobile back and wait for their call until they receive the spare. On checking the status, found they have closed the complaint. In query found that if they couldn’t resolve the problem in 3 days, they close it. They don’t wait for the spare. It is not customer service or support, they should call themselves ‘repair.shop’. The samsung customer support also bad. It’s been 7 months.
I have given my samsung m31s for display replacement but.. those fellows.. replaced it with duplicate display and charged me 7k..
Don’t go to that criminals
i bought Samsung M11 on June 2021, suddenly got fade and display off. again not getting display on.

my name is Capt. Sunil Mani and my number is 9789060013….I want to write here my terrible experience with d Sanitorium dealer. I had given my fone A50s just a year old that had a problem with d display….there was a small color dot that increased and became more than an inch wide. I took the fone to them and they duly repaired it in 2 days, i got d delivery by evening and by morning my fone switched off and refused to switch onn. i took it back to them and they told me that water had entered my fone….i do not know in d life of me how this happened cos there was no rain. I told them if thats true pls repair again and i shall pay for it….1st d lady adviced me to throw d fone away n get a new one, but i convinced her to kindly repair it….she said it would cost 8000 and i agreed cos i have no choice, then two days nothing happened and when i called up they told me d same thing to discard this fone cos d board is damaged and it would cost 15000 Rs….i asked 8f i could talk to d manager but they said he is gone out
I bought a Samsung Galaxy M31 on Sept 05, 2020. Suddenly it started rebooting. Even Factory reset was not successful. Can you kindly advise the kind of issue & charges for rectifying it.

Notes : 12th Nov, 2021 – second visit to DRB office. Due to local weather condition there was no electric power and no backup was avilable.
Status : Have given my phone, which had “not registered in network” issue ( software updated by the same team and also told to contact AIRTEL for another sim – now both are done).
Waiting for job sheet which was to be sent via Whatsapp. Unable to reach “RaviKumar” can I get the phone number of this place ?
