Bro it is a mother board issue. Please go to Samsung service center and there u will get temporary solution. they charge around 450/-. The best way is, backup your data and exchange the mobile. I also have same issue and i did the same

My Samsung M21 also is facing the same issue. After about 2 years of service, yesterday the phone just refused to start. It got stuck in the Samsung Galaxy M21 screen during restart and not moving.
I went to the Samsung Service Center and they asked me to change the motherboard for Rs 6500. The phone is in pristine condition, handled in the most careful way till now and now suddenly it has become a brick.
This is very unfair and Samsung should look into.

This model in specific Samsung M21 is having motherboard problem. I used it for 2 years and suddenly the samsung logo is coming and hanged. I lost all the data stored and when i go to samsung service center,they said backup cannot be taken and said motherboard needs to be changed which costs around 6k+. We believe in the brand and bought the mobile. But Samsung is cheating the customers and the quality is reduced. Spending 15k+ for 2 years usage is really expensive and waste of money and we believe that Samsung should rectify this with lesser cost. Requesting samsung to address this issue.

My Samsung Galaxy M21 got switched off and not working from 19th May suddenly after a software update before that and when we reached out to the Samsung service center they’ve told us that the motherboard has to be replaced which would be 6500 for 6 gb where as mine is 8gb without even checking the phone ..
It looks like we’ve just wasted our 15k on a phone for a time period of 1.5 years .. also, I got a display problem in between which costed me around 6.5k, high chances of easy breakage .. Never faced such problem in any smartphone I used. Disappointed with Samsung ..
If your phone got damaged due to OTA update then you can ask service center to repair it at free of cost even if it is out of warranty.

Mizoram, Aizawl, Samsung Servicing Center told me the price of Samsung M21 display is 6000. I thought if I go to Samsung servicing Center I will get the display with under 4k but the display price is half of the phone. Even they asked me to pay advance half of the amount. I paid 3k advanced. Now I came to know the display can be changed within 4k. Really horrible experience with Samsung how they can ask for the display half of the price of the phone. Samsung staff is doing good business.
