There is a problem of green screen .I approached the service centre nagercoil tamilnadu he said that screen must change at the cost of 8500rs.when Google down the cause for the problem is firmware problem.i do not know what is right and what is wrong .may I approach the technical division of samsung.
My Samsung galaxy M51 and the only issue with it, is not charging. I went to authorised Samsung mobile servicing centre at Imphal. When I handover the phone to service centre charge of battery was 0%. They suggest me that it is needed to replace mother board and it may cost ₹11,000. Then I refused and took back my phone as I thought it is better to buy a new one. When try to turn on my phone, it was turn on and charge of battery was showing 36%. My query is that while they are inspecting issues in the phone, it might be charging so that charge became 36% and why they asked me to replace mother board.
I had exactly same problem. It happened once during warranty and they repaired. Next it happened just outside warranty and they said 11000 to replace mother board. I refused and bought a new phone. Now my M51 is simply lying.

In Delhi, Vikaspuri centre asked Rs.6.700/- for M51 display. Vegas Mall Dwarka asked around 7,500 and Ramesh Nagar / Raja Garden (Pillar No. 333) asked 8000 for the replacement of folder. Why as a company you don’t have same prices and from which angle it is competitive. It seems that you are taking flesh out of the customer for a replacement.
