I want m31 display pls help
I thought that Samsung is reputed brand but from now on I will never ever purchase any Samsung product. I have purchased galaxy M31s 13 months 15 days back now phone doesn’t switch on and when I showed it to service centre they said that there is issue with motherboard and I have to pay 10k to get mother board changed.
Restarting problem after few minutes.this is the worst samsung phone.
Also Same problem is happening with me. My phone getting restarting in every 10-15 seconds. And the motherboard price is too much high

We all know that Samsung is good brand in electronic market. But M31s is the most worst product by Samsung…I am using it from the last 14 months and now motherboard issue come out. Phone is restarting every after 30-40 seconds. It’s really disappointing. The problem is not with me alone. I met many people who are also having the same issue.
Samsung should take it seriously and atleast the price of the motherboard should decrease to meet the demands of the customer.
I faced the same issue with my Samsung Galaxy M31s, motherboard changed after 8 months of purchase and again after 8 months facing the same issue and the motherboard needs to be replaced again. The service center says it will cost around 8000.
There is no guarantee it will not happen again after 8 months for the 3rd time.
