This is A Ramachandra from Mysore .
My washing machine is not working for the last 4 days.
There is no power supply to the machine.
The technician told me that ther is a rat bite in the machine.
And he wants to charge ₹950/-
to repair the machine though the machine is still under warranty.
Now my question is why the technician charging for repairing the machine?
And if the rat bite case is not covered under warranty, why the company is not manufacturing the machine ratproof. and how many times should I pay for it?
