Question 3: What is covered in warranty?
Answer: All manufacturing defects are covered in warranty.

Question 4: What is not covered in warranty?
Answer: Mobile or part of mobile physically damaged will not be repaired or replaced.
Mobile damaged due to liquid will not be repaired.
Mobile damaged during unlocking bootloader, installing custom ROM or other unauthorized advanced software changes will not be covered under warranty. However your mobile software (Stock ROM) can be re-installed at service center after paying service charges only.
Question 5: Does Samsung replace faulty accessories under warranty?
Answer: All Samsung faulty accessories under warranty are replaced free of cost. Samsung doesn’t repair faulty accessories at service centers. Samsung all faulty accessories are sent back to the company and repaired there only.
