What is Samsung pickup & drop
Samsung has recently launched pick & drop facility for its mobile & tablet customers. As of date only Samsung mobile A, M, F, S, Note series, Tab and Fold Series are eligible for this service.
Accessories are not included in this program. But the Device coverage under this Programme will change in near future.
This facility is available for both under warranty and out of warranty Samsung mobile and tablets.

Requirement while booking pickup service
While booking Samsung pickup & drop service you need to share following details:
- Name

- Address
- Warranty card or invoice
Service Charges
Samsung pickup & drop charges are the charges which are different from repair cost. These are the additional charges which are pickup & delivery charges.
You may have to pay charges if Samsung spare parts are need to be replaced.

After receiving the service fee payment as stated above, you will get a request number from Samsung and a designated Authorized Service Center or courier agent will arrange for a pick-up of your Device at the date and time as confirmed by you.
Pickup & drop request and the payment made between 10:00AM and 06:00PM on any working day are attempted on the same day.
You will receive an SMS on your provided mobile number with details of courier agent with vehicle number. Make sure to confirm it.
Don’t forget to take a complete backup of your mobile data because Samsung will not be responsible if your data is lost during repair process.
